Are you a strategic treasury professional who thrives on autonomy and building things from the ground up? We are seeking an analytical, self-motivated
Treasury Manager to step into a newly created, highly autonomous role.
In this position, you won't just manage cash-you will design, optimize, and oversee the entire treasury function across a sophisticated network of multi-entity financial structures, including multi-generational wealth channels, trusts, and diverse investment vehicles. This role perfectly balances hands-on operational execution with high-level strategic planning to preserve capital, maximize yield, and ensure seamless liquidity.

responsibilities:
- Direct daily cash positioning across dozens of multi-currency entities, building robust forecasting models to guarantee seamless funding for capital calls, tax obligations, and ongoing operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison for private, custodian, and commercial banking partners, proactively managing account structures and optimizing bank fee efficiency.
- Maximize returns on idle cash through strategic, short-term investment vehicles while strictly adhering to capital preservation guidelines and risk parameters.
- Authorize and execute high-value domestic and international wire transfers under a rigorous dual-control framework to ensure zero-defect fraud prevention.
- Design and deliver comprehensive treasury dashboards for executive leadership, partnering with business units to evaluate the liquidity impacts of upcoming projects.
- Spearhead the adoption of treasury technology, automating manual workflows and updating policies to align seamlessly with corporate accounting standards.
- Maintain flawless attention to detail and proactive prioritization when managing complex, high-volume financial deadlines across a diverse multi-entity ecosystem.
qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of relevant treasury or cash management experience, backed by a strong foundational understanding of corporate accounting principles.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel along with experience utilizing Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or database platforms.
- Certifications: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels and coordinate productively across departments.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: A proven, innovative problem-solver and troubleshooter who thrives in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments.
