Test Technician

Test Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )

• Test electronic assemblies and finished products using established procedures and specifications.
• Record test results, identify defects, and document quality issues.
• Troubleshoot basic product and equipment issues and escalate concerns as needed. Verify products meet customer and quality requirements before release.
• Maintain accurate records and keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.

Test Technician Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous electronics, manufacturing, quality, testing, troubleshooting, repair, IT, or technical experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow work instructions, testing procedures, and production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects, document results, and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Background screening and drug screening required.
