About the role

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to own hiring across Growth, Monetization, Lifecycle, Retention, and related product and go-to-market roles.

You will partner with hiring managers to define strong candidate profiles, build targeted pipelines, and manage the full recruiting process from sourcing through offer and close.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Growth, Monetization, Lifecycle, Retention, and related GTM and Product roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
• Recruit for roles such as Growth Product Managers, Lifecycle and Retention leaders, Monetization specialists, and growth-focused commercial talent.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies and talent maps for priority searches.
• Screen candidates for relevant experience, seniority, motivation, and business impact.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation, and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, role context, and recruiting documentation.
• Build long-term relationships with high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with external sourcers and recruiting agencies when needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in technology, product, growth, or go-to-market hiring.
• Experience hiring Growth, Product, Monetization, Lifecycle, Retention, or related commercial talent.
• Understanding of growth funnels, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue.
• Strong sourcing, screening, candidate management, and closing skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with Product, Growth, Marketing, and business leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to candidate experience.
• Experience using Ashby , LinkedIn Recruiter , or specialized growth and product communities for sourcing.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Excellent written and verbal Russian.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring for consumer technology, subscriptions, marketplaces, gaming, AI, or high-growth startups.
• Experience recruiting both product and go-to-market roles.
• Familiarity with experimentation, pricing, subscriptions, lifecycle marketing, and product-led growth.
• Experience hiring senior individual contributors and functional leaders.

Success in 6 months

• Build consistent pipelines for priority Growth and Monetization roles.
• Develop clear candidate profiles and repeatable sourcing strategies.
• Earn the trust of Product, Growth, and GTM hiring managers.
• Maintain a structured and well-documented recruiting process.
• Improve candidate experience and recruiting speed.
• Close several high-priority hires or build strong late-stage pipelines.

This is a fully remote role that requires occasional business travel to our office in Almaty, Kazakhstan . Team members are expected to be available during agreed working hours and maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. Although we work remotely, we value active communication, responsiveness, and close collaboration across teams.
