Compensation: $55-63/hr W2 -> $100,000 - $115,000/year

Job Description:
Our client, a leading experiential marketing and event production company, is looking for a hands-on Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist to own the day-to-day operations of their Marketo Engage instance supporting two of their brands. This role is the execution engine behind owned channel campaign activity, partnering closely with campaign marketing teams to build, launch, and report on marketing automation programs across email, digital, and events. This is a great fit for someone who knows Marketo inside and out and thrives in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment.

Job Summary:

• Own day-to-day Marketo execution across a shared instance supporting two brands, including program creation, email builds, landing page development, and reporting
• Partner with campaign marketing teams to translate campaign briefs into fully built, QA'd Marketo programs deployed on schedule
• Build and manage email, digital, and event Marketo programs end to end, maintaining accurate Salesforce sync
• Build registration pages and manage event registration, webinars, and email sends to clients and external prospects
• Serve as the primary Marketo point of contact for campaign marketing stakeholders, managing timelines and driving execution
• Maintain naming conventions and program taxonomy so campaigns stay consistent and reportable
• Manage list hygiene, including deduping, suppression lists, and bounce/unsubscribe processing
• Run weekly standups and keep timelines realistic, chasing down stakeholders as needed
• Track projects in Monday.com

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on Marketo experience, building registration pages, emails, and campaigns from scratch
• Recent Salesforce knowledge, including syncing data between Marketo and Salesforce
• Experience with high-touch campaigns and event registration/management
• Some HTML experience
• Local to NYC
• Strong project management skills, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a multi-brand or enterprise marketing environment
• Familiarity with Monday.com
• Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification, or actively in progress
• Experience with AI-assisted marketing automation workflows
