As a Senior Technical Recruiter , you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technical roles across Alpaca, primarily within Engineering. You’ll partner closely with Engineering leaders to build hiring strategies, develop strong talent pipelines, and drive searches from kickoff through close.
