Description:
We are seeking a School Psychologist to provide virtual psychological services to students in grades K 8. The primary focus will be reevaluation planning and conducting student evaluations, along with supporting behavioral and counseling needs.

Please note: This is a temporary virtual position. The assignment will continue until an in-person School Psychologist is identified, with two weeks' notice provided before the transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct reevaluations and educational evaluations
• Complete evaluations for IEP and 504 eligibility and services
• Provide behavioral interventions and student counseling
• Conduct student risk assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other school-based professionals
• Provide recommendations and support based on evaluation findings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and comply with applicable school requirements

Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina School Psychologist license required
• Experience working with students in K 8 settings preferred
• Experience with special education evaluations, reevaluations, IEPs, and/or 504 plans
• Strong assessment, counseling, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual school environment
