Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

*$1,500 Sign on Bonus Opportunity*

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM 

Location/Setting: Henrico, 23233 (Nurse attends school with patient)

Age: Child

Acuity: Low, g-tube. Prefers a nurse with a psych background

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
