Salary: $181,000 - 181,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with 7+ years of experience.
• We require 5+ years of technical experience in software development, network development, IT, or a related field.
• We are seeking experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products with ownership of the full product lifecycle from concept through go-to-market.
• We prefer candidates who have designed adaptive systems that change behavior by device, context, or user state.
• We value a track record of turning ambiguous problems into clear, structured frameworks.
• We look for direct collaboration with applied scientists or ML engineers, including co-defining inputs, outputs, evaluation criteria, or routing logic.
• We want someone comfortable working with probabilistic or LLM-based systems and reasoning about capabilities, failure modes, and offline evaluation.

• We will own the end-to-end Amazon Quick experience across all surfaces, defining the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for how customers interact with AI agents.
• We will drive data-informed product decisions using funnel instrumentation, experimentation, and cohort analysis.
• We will prioritize complex deliverables across engineering, design, and science teams while balancing technical trade-offs.
• We will define a unified experience framework, including interaction patterns, navigation models, and design systems, to create a cohesive experience across platforms.
• We will lead cross-platform orchestration so the experience adapts across form factors and supports seamless context continuity between devices.
• We will guide the customer adoption journey from first-run onboarding through power-user engagement to encourage habitual daily use.
• We will lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, UX Design, Applied Science, and GTM teams to ship world-class products across Web, Desktop, Mobile, and Extensions.
