Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle PDH / Oracle Sales Cloud implementations
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) and Cloud PLM/PDM
• Experience implementing and configuring Oracle Sales Cloud with PDH
• Strong experience with Groovy scripting and Oracle Sales Cloud customization
• Experience integrating Oracle PDH with Oracle ERP Suite and Agile PLM
• Ability to lead solution design, functional design, and technical design for Oracle Sales Cloud
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Hands-on experience with Oracle PDH configuration and customization
• Experience with data conversions, integrations, migrations, and programming bug fixes
• Experience creating and scheduling reports and creating/updating Subject Areas
• Strong experience with Master Data Management , including exposure to AR Customer Accounts
• Knowledge of the Oracle Sales lifecycle , including Marketing, Leads, Prospects, Opportunities, and Customers
• Experience with Oracle CDM Fusion Applications and the Party Model
• Hands-on knowledge of data deduplication, data enrichment, and survivorship rules
• Experience preparing solution/design documents, functional specifications, and unit test documents
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, integration testing, and system testing
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience working with large, geographically distributed teams
• Ability to assess risks, develop business cases, and present solutions to leadership

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle PDH and Oracle Sales Cloud solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle PDH based on business requirements.
• Implement and integrate Oracle Sales Cloud with PDH and other Oracle applications.
• Work with the Oracle CDM Party Model to support business requirements.
• Configure data deduplication, enrichment, and survivorship rules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Develop solution, functional, technical, and test documentation.
• Perform unit, integration, system, SIT, and UAT testing .
• Support data conversions, integrations, migrations, and production bug fixes.
• Create and schedule reports and maintain relevant Subject Areas.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders through regular workshops and review meetings.
• Drive business design and solution workshops.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Assess risks, develop business cases, and present recommended solutions to leadership.
• Support implementation activities across multiple locations and diverse project teams.

Ideal Candidate

A senior Oracle PDH Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Product Data Hub, Oracle Sales Cloud, Groovy, Cloud PLM/PDM, Oracle CDM, MDM, data integration, migration, and ERP integrations , with proven experience leading solution design, business workshops, testing cycles, and stakeholder engagement.
