Eric von Schledorn Ford is seeking a driven, results-oriented New Car Manager to lead our Ford new vehicle sales department. If you are a high-energy automotive professional with a proven track record in Ford dealership sales management, we want to talk to you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ford-specific experience is required — deep knowledge of Ford products, programs, incentives, and dealer management systems.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, gross profit objectives, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Strong closing skills, inventory management experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with the entire dealership team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer relationship skills.
