Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Making daily trips to the Post Office to pick up mail using the client’s vehicle. Temporary associates are not permitted to drive a company vehicle. Therefore, they will be the ‘rider’ on post office trips.
• Loading, running an inserting and,or metering machine to get all outgoing mail to the postal service daily.
• Delivery of cases of copy paper, cases of FedEx envelopes and mailing envelopes.
• Restocking Inserter Room shelves with client envelopes.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, push,pull 100 lbs, able to sit and,or stand for long periods of time, good hand,eye coordination are key for this position.

Skills:

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to make good decisions.
• Organizational skills.
• Mailroom experience
• Diverse background

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Attention to detail is paramount.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
