Hydraulic Test & Inspection Technician

Ready to put your mechanical skills to work? As an Mechanical Quality Inspector , you’ll test and validate oil control valves by simulating real-world conditions using hydraulic fluid and equipment. You’ll make adjustments to ensure top performance, troubleshoot issues, perform basic maintenance, and work closely with the team to keep production running smoothly. Hydraulic Test & Inspection Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $21.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift

• Operate and monitor parts throughout the inspection process, including submersion in hydraulic fluid.
• Accurately attach and detach hoses to hydraulic parts to test their performance under simulated conditions.
• Make adjustments to parts to ensure they meet established quality and performance standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance on inspection equipment as scheduled.
• Troubleshoot issues and discrepancies during the inspection process.
• Consistently meet daily production and inspection targets. Proven experience in performing detailed inspection and visual quality checks.

Hydraulic Test & Inspection Technician Qualifications:

• Proven experience in performing detailed inspection and visual quality checks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow precise instructions and technical specifications.
• Experience with pneumatics and/or hydraulics.
• Basic understanding of maintenance practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Manual dexterity for attaching/detaching components and making adjustments.
