Job Description
BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Southeast region to execute launch strategy across rare disease therapies. This hybrid remote role combines provider-facing reimbursement expertise with patient access coordination, operating at associate director autonomy level.
Responsibilities
- Serve as regional expert educating providers on reimbursement, benefits investigation, and coverage processes
- Identify and address access barriers within commercial and government payer environments
- Provide compliant education to consented patients and care partners on affordability and access resources
- Coordinate between specialty pharmacies, prescriber offices, and support programs to enable patient access
- Share payer policy insights and field trends with Market Access leadership to inform strategy
Requirements
- Expertise in reimbursement processes, prior authorization, and payer coverage pathways
- Experience navigating complex rare disease access barriers and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills for engaging healthcare providers and patients
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with medical, compliance, and commercial teams
- Regional knowledge of commercial and government payer environments
