Field-based reimbursement manager role focused on oncology products in Florida. The position involves educating healthcare providers on patient support programs, reimbursement access, and specialty pharmacy options while maintaining payer relationships and reporting on market trends.
Responsibilities
- Educate healthcare providers on patient support programs, access tools, and reimbursement services
- Communicate specialty pharmacy networks, distribution options, and white-bagging support mechanisms
- Advise providers on payer policies, coding changes, and appropriate claims submission processes
- Establish and maintain relationships with assigned territory healthcare providers
- Report payer trends and market insights to internal Patient Services and account management teams
Requirements
- Oncology or hematology-oncology experience with physician-administered therapies and reimbursement
- Demonstrated expertise in coverage, coding, billing, prior authorization, and patient support operations
- Strong understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, D and associated reimbursement dynamics
- Ability to communicate technical coding and billing requirements across care settings
- Healthcare industry representative credentialing eligibility and good standing status
- Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license
- 5+ years of access, reimbursement, or account management experience (preferred)
