Field-based reimbursement manager position focused on oncology products in Texas and Oklahoma. The role involves educating healthcare providers on patient support programs, reimbursement processes, specialty pharmacy networks, and payer policies while maintaining key account relationships.
Responsibilities
- Educate healthcare providers on patient support programs and specialty pharmacy access options
- Communicate coding, billing, and coverage requirements to providers across multiple care settings
- Monitor and report payer trends and policy changes to internal teams
- Build and maintain relationships with providers throughout assigned territory
- Collaborate with oncology stakeholders on key account management initiatives
Requirements
- Oncology or hematology-oncology experience with physician-administered therapies and buy-and-bill products
- Deep knowledge of medical billing, coding, prior authorization, claims submission, and payer policies
- Understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement dynamics
- Excellent territory and account management skills
- Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license
- HCIR credentialing eligibility including background check and immunization verification
- 5+ years industry experience in access, reimbursement, or account management (preferred)
