Job Description
BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to execute launch strategy across a rare disease portfolio in the Northeast region. This hybrid role combines provider-facing reimbursement expertise with patient access coordination, operating at Associate Director level autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as regional subject matter expert on reimbursement and access for BridgeBio therapies
- Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, prior authorization, appeals, and coverage pathways
- Identify and address access barriers in commercial and government payer environments
- Provide compliant education to consented patients and care partners on affordability and support resources
- Coordinate among specialty pharmacies, prescriber offices, and support programs to enable patient access continuity
Requirements
- Expertise in healthcare reimbursement pathways and payer policy navigation
- Experience with patient access programs and support coordination
- Proven ability to educate healthcare providers on benefits investigation and prior authorization
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical patient support
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of rare disease treatment landscape and specialty pharmacy operations
