Pfizer seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to support healthcare providers and office staff in the Memphis region with reimbursement and patient access questions for Pfizer products. The role involves conducting office visits, providing payer education, coordinating with patient support programs, and serving as a regional expert on coverage and formulary issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office visits with healthcare providers to resolve reimbursement and coverage questions
• Deliver education on local payer landscape, formulary changes, and prior authorization policies
• Distribute company-approved materials on patient assistance programs and billing guides
• Coordinate with Pfizer patient support hubs to address individual patient enrollment and coverage needs
• Provide market insights to internal leadership on reimbursement issues affecting Pfizer products

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in sales and/or coding and reimbursement
• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
• Strong understanding of specialty drug reimbursement and government payment systems
• Demonstrated exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to work in regulated environments and maintain strict compliance
• Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record
• Reside in or within commutable distance to Memphis, Tennessee territory

Compensation: $139,100–$231,900 base salary; 17.5% bonus target and long-term incentive eligibility
