Job Title: Debug Technician
Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Debug Technician with experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and PCBA assemblies in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in component-level diagnostics, electronic test equipment, and supporting production and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and PCBA assemblies to the component level.
• Perform testing using oscilloscopes and other electronic test equipment.
• Support equipment installation, debugging, validation, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical issues and update procedures.
• Develop and maintain PCBA debug guides and work instructions.
• Train and mentor technicians on debugging processes and best practices.
• Maintain production documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required Skills:

• Experience with PCBA debugging and component-level troubleshooting.
• Proficiency using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and electronic test equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical assemblies.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
