Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support relationship management with third-party content and market data vendors.
- Assist with content licensing processes including purchase requisition preparation, billing verification, and tracking of licensing agreements.
- Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure accurate vendor payments and reconciliation.
- Maintain internal records of market data services and license inventory.
- Aid in gathering and organizing data for usage analysis.
- Participate in vendor audits, service installations/removals, and documentation efforts.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect requirements for new or updated content needs.
- Manage market data entitlements across various user platforms and market data feeds.
Skills:
- Experience working in media, financial services, or content licensing environments.
- Understanding of contract administration or vendor onboarding processes.
Education/Experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience in business operations, vendor management, licensing, procurement, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficient in using spreadsheets, internal databases, and web-based business tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with financial markets and/or content licensing is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
