Labcorp seeks a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor II to oversee core laboratory operations at facilities in Bartlesville and Nowata, Oklahoma. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring accurate test performance, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving process improvements in a Monday-Friday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily core laboratory operations and ensure accurate, timely test result reporting
- Train, mentor, and directly supervise laboratory personnel; manage staffing and scheduling
- Investigate and resolve production errors while maintaining quality control and assurance documentation
- Identify and implement process improvements; evaluate new procedures and make recommendations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; administer policies and personnel administration
Requirements
- Associate's degree in chemical science, biological science, or clinical laboratory science
- 4+ years of laboratory technician experience
- Strong knowledge of CLIA, CAP, and relevant state regulations
- Proficiency with laboratory information systems and Microsoft Office
- ASCP or AMT certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of supervisory experience
