Role: Change Management Analyst Exp : 9+ yrs Location : Charlotte, NC Position Summary: The Change Management Governance Analyst provides operational and governance support for the Service Management Governance organization, with primary focus on Change Management Governance and secondary support for incident and Problem Management Governance functions. This role serves as a key coordinator across governance processes, driving actions item management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, process improvements, governance reviews, and executive communications. This individual acts as a central conduit between Change, Incident, Problem Management, Engineering, Technology Operations, and Risk partners to ensure consistent execution of governance activities and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management, organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced technology environment.
