Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Bilingual (English/Spanish) Leasing Agent to join our winning team at the Preston Oaks Apartments in Louisville, KY. We are offering up to $20.00 per hour plus aggressive leasing commissions, tuition reimbursement, and 80 hours of paid time off.

**Saturday Hours Required**

WHAT WE OFFER:   

• Competitive pay - $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
• Aggressive leasing commissions (minimum of $4,000 in yearly leasing commissions)

 WHAT WE NEED:  

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
