Job Description

Revolution Medicines seeks a Manager of Benefits & Leave to administer U.S. and Canadian employee benefits programs, leave administration, and workplace accommodations. This hands-on role supports program delivery, employee lifecycle events, and process improvement within the People Operations function.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day benefits administration, eligibility, enrollment, and vendor coordination
• Coordinate benefits impacts for employee lifecycle events including hires and terminations
• Administer and monitor employee leave cases, documentation, pay impacts, and return-to-work
• Manage workplace accommodation cases through interactive process to resolution
• Partner with benefits brokers, carriers, and vendors on service delivery and issue escalation

Requirements

• Experience administering U.S. and Canadian employee benefits programs
• Knowledge of leave administration, workers' compensation, and workplace accommodations
• Proficiency with benefits administration systems and payroll coordination
• Strong judgment and discretion in resolving complex benefits and leave matters
• Ability to partner effectively with HR, Legal, vendors, and payroll teams
