Parkway ENT and Allergy is a thriving and patient-focused practice located in the scenic Cinco Ranch area of Katy, Texas. We are currently seeking a licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialistwho is passionate about improving lives through exceptional hearing care.

About the Role
As a key member of our collaborative team, you will work closely with two experienced ENT physicians to deliver comprehensive hearing healthcare to patients of all ages. We value professionals who are self-motivated, organized, and committed to providing outstanding patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess hearing loss and related conditions.
• Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids and auditory devices for optimal performance and patient comfort.
• Educate patients and their families on hearing health, treatment options, and device usage.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Noah.
• Collaborate with ENT physicians to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Participate in ethical sales and counseling related to hearing instruments.

Qualifications

• Active and valid state licensure as an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and audiology software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic clinical environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
